They are expensive--but to be revered and used as fine food. So full of flavor and color, the hard-boiled or poached egg you might have taken for granted, you won't with these.
I made slow cooker barbacoa with the chuck and it was wonderful. 6-8 hours in the crockpot and didn’t need to cut it before. Then it just pulled apart. Everyone loved it
I have some of these ribeyes in my freezer. I thawed 6 of them for a cookout on our charcoal grill last night. I prepared them by first patting them dry, then seasoned one side with Traeger’s beef rub, and the other side with kosher salt, pressing the seasonings into the meat. I left the seasoned meat out on a tray for 45 minutes at room temperature before grilling. Everyone at our table really enjoyed them and thought they tasted excellent! I’m glad I have more of them in my freezer!

I always try to buy some of these eggs during the peak season. They are the best tasting eggs I’ve ever had. Other farm-fresh eggs are fine, but these eggs actually taste somewhat buttery, without even adding butter to them! Love the deep color of the yolks. You’d be hard pressed to find tastier eggs. They are great for making egg salad, however my preferred way is to eat them scrambled.
