Fajitas

Fajitas made with Sliced Sirloin is one of my favorite ways to savor the last of the peppers and onions for the season.

Ingredients:

1 lb Sliced Sirloin cut into 1" wide strips
1 large Pepper - sliced
1 large Onion - sliced
Fajita or Taco Seasoning (I used Ocho Salsa Taco Seasoning)
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp Butter
Flour tortillas

Thaw sliced sirloin & cut into 1" wide strips. 
Melt butter in pan and add sliced sirloin, fajita seasoning & salt and cook until meat is browned.
Add onion & peppers and cook until tender.
Serve on tortillas.
