Fajitas made with Sliced Sirloin is one of my favorite ways to savor the last of the peppers and onions for the season.
Thaw sliced sirloin & cut into 1" wide strips.
Melt butter in pan and add sliced sirloin, fajita seasoning & salt and cook until meat is browned.
Add onion & peppers and cook until tender.
Serve on tortillas.
