I've been raising American Milking Devon cattle on pasture here in Mercer County since 2010 - no feedlots, no hormones, no antibiotics. Just grass, time, and care.
I deliver to your door myself on the 1st Saturday of the month. Not a truck, not a service. Just me.

- 3 lb (approx) Chuck Roast - for Sunday pot roast
- 2 lb (approx) Beef Shank (Osso Buco) - rich and cozy
- 2 lb (approx) Short Ribs - fall-off-the-bone tender
- 2 lb Beef Stew Cubes - for stroganoff or stews
Quick-Cook Favorites
- 5 lb Ground Beef - for tacos, burgers, skillets
- 2 Cube Steaks - for chicken fried steak
All vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness. Fits perfectly in a regular freezer drawer (about two grocery bags).
