Strip Steak


Our dry-aged boneless 100% grass-fed New York strip steaks (also referred to as Ambassador Steak, Kansas City strip, or striploin steak) are cattle born, mindfully raised, and grass-finished on pasture at Old Time Farm.

  • 1 steak per package approximately 3/4 inch thick.
  • Dry aged at least 10 days to intensify naturally delicious flavor.
  • Vacuum packed and flash frozen right after cut by butcher for freshness.
