Dry-Aged New York Strip Steak
Our dry-aged boneless 100% grass-fed New York strip steaks (also referred to as Ambassador Steak, Kansas City strip, or striploin steak) are cattle born, mindfully raised, and grass finished on pasture at Old Time Farm.
- 1 steak per package approximately 1 inch thick.
- Dry aged at least 14 days to intensify naturally delicious flavor.
- Vacuum packed and flash frozen right after cut by butcher for freshness.
