The tenderloin is a tender, little-used muscle in the loin.  It has a less intense flavor than other steaks. Pan fry using tallow or butter in a hot skillet for the most control or grill.

  • Vacuum packed and flash frozen right after cut by butcher for freshness.
  • 1 steak per package approximately 1 1/4 inch thick.
