Nova Lox is traditionally served with bagels - however, there are many great ways to enjoy lox! Ready to eat, you can really pair it with any flavor palate you see fit. The lox has a smooth and moist texture with a sweet and smoky, but subtle flavor. Ingredients: Raw sugar, sea salt, and natural wood smoke. 

Traditional Smoked Sockeye is wild-caught smoked salmon that is frozen and ready to eat. This smoked salmon has a distinct smokey flavor, perfect for pairing with wine, cheese, or on top of a salad.
Ingredients: Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, Sea Salt. 

he pepper flavor compliments the bold flavor of sockeye, resulting in a savory treat. Alder wood is traditionally used for smoking in the pacific northwest and compliments the sockeye's distinctive flavor well. 

No nitrates or preservatives, therefore it is best to keep the salmon frozen until it’s ready to be eaten. You should always refrigerate after thawing and eat up to 5 days after opening.
