I’m not a big beef eater, personally speaking. I made a meatloaf with the ground beef and it was amazing. The meat was perfect, true red, perfect marbling…. Honestly the best I’ve had!

This is a great tasting healthy alternative for a Philly cheesesteak. You know what is in the beef and it comes from an animal raised humanely. We've been ordering from this locak grower for several years and have always been happy with our purchases.

Beef stew is not just a winter meal anymore! I am trying to find more meals that do not require using an oven or long cooking in a stove top this summer so fixed beef stew this week (mid-August) using my instant pot. The chuck roast chunks had SO much flavor and were tender. Lots of additional seasoning not needed with this beef to make it delicious.

They are expensive--but to be revered and used as fine food. So full of flavor and color, the hard-boiled or poached egg you might have taken for granted, you won't with these.

I made slow cooker barbacoa with the chuck and it was wonderful. 6-8 hours in the crockpot and didn’t need to cut it before. Then it just pulled apart. Everyone loved it

I have some of these ribeyes in my freezer. I thawed 6 of them for a cookout on our charcoal grill last night. I prepared them by first patting them dry, then seasoned one side with Traeger’s beef rub, and the other side with kosher salt, pressing the seasonings into the meat. I left the seasoned meat out on a tray for 45 minutes at room temperature before grilling. Everyone at our table really enjoyed them and thought they tasted excellent! I’m glad I have more of them in my freezer!
